国外留学回来的在国内就业前景还是很好的。名校硕士出来再一般的高校，专科还是本科院校都是可以的。有机会去国外学习还要去的，尤其是语言类的，在当地学的东西更多。对以后的教学很有帮助！

工作都可能，但是，回不了中国了！因为，欧洲的TEFL不考虑Sino-Tibetan语系的问题，不管。不论方法/技能基本用不到母语为汉语者上面。除非剽窃了胡说八道。最好的路子是在欧洲学完了到北美工作！
