HRM这个专业在你毕业的时候将是一个竞争非常激烈的专业了，国家的教育调节很差劲的，这几年人力资源这个专业不知道多招了多少学生，一个企业最多也才5%的人力资源从业人员，那么多过几年只会是很难找工作
当然既然你说到了这个话题，我可以告诉你，这个专业结合语言是非常有优势的，你英语很好么，只是过了6级么，上个也来了一应届的MM，我用英文和她交流，搞了半天，她还没我流利，我连4级都没过，呵呵，所以说，实际应用能力才是最重要的
目前国家发的那个人力资源的证都是骗钱的，没含尽量，所以不用去考了，倒是有机会找个大企业实习下不错，或者看一看这方面教材之外的一些实际专业书，上上国内知名的人力资源论坛和前辈们交流一下对你以后很有帮助
